Customers are advised that Abhyudaya Co-op.
Bank Ltd. has a robust grievance redressal structure and processes to
ensure prompt in-house redressal of all their customer complaints, which
is as under: -
i.
In each branch the complaint register is kept either with the
Branch-in-charge which would make it possible for the customers to enter
their complaints.
ii. In
addition to this a 'Suggestion-cum-Complaint' Box is kept at every
branch. Customers may drop their written complaints with their
names and address in the Box.
iii. There is a system of
acknowledging the complaints, where the complaints are received through
letters.
iv. Time frame for resolving the complaints received at different
levels:
a. If the solution for the
complaint is within the purview and under the discretion of
Branch-in-charge, it will be resolved within 7 days from the date
the complaint is received at the branch.
b. If the solution for the complaint is within the
purview, and under the discretion of Dy. General Manager of the
Zone/Asst. General Manager of the Region, complaint will be resolved
within 15 days from the date the complaint is received at Zonal
Office/Regional Office.
c. If the solution for the complaint is within
the purview of Managing Director/Board of Directors, the complaint will
be resolved within 30 days from the date the complaint is received at
Head Office.
2.If not satisfied with the branch
reply, customer may approach directly to concerned Dy. General Manager
of the Zonal Office/Asst. General Manager of the Regional Office.
